Hotel Roumani is located just one minute walk away from the main pier in the bustling historic heart of Dapia on the island of Spetses, Greece. Our hotel is a friendly, local family-owned, and run hotel established in 1964. Our 35 clean and airy rooms are conveniently appointed and have modern furnishings and appliances. We have extensive local knowledge and are committed to ensuring that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Accommodation

Our hotel offers Economy, Standard, and Superior rooms as well as Junior Suites with far-reaching sea views. Some of our rooms have the possibility of adding an additional bed and adjusting the room according to the needs of the client. All of our Superior rooms and Suites have been fully renovated in 2022 to a high standard.

Location

Hotel Roumani is located on the island of Spetses in the main town of Dapia. To Hotel Roumani: Once you dock at the main pier in Dapia you will see Hotel Roumani directly in front of you guarded by the decorative historic cannons. Follow the cobblestoned path to the right up the small slop along the sea wall that surrounds the harbour.

Spetses Island

Spetses was the basis for the island Phraxos (Spetses) in John Fowles 1966 major novel The Magus.

About Us

The history of our hotel dates back to 1893 when it was founded under the name ''Athinai'' and was demolished in 1958 after 65 years of operation. In 1963, after a series of work, the hotel re-entered and was renamed ''Hotel Roumani''.
